Multigrain Oats
Quinoa Flour
Almonds
Walnuts
Cashews
Dates
Palm Sugar
I am sure now you believe me that they are really Power packed protein ladoos. Every single ingredient is the king of their family and enough to boost your daily dose of nutrition. So conceptually everything sounds good but I want my 4 year old to eat and say “yummy†which is a daunting task. So I need to be little more innovative and then I changed the name to Power Protein Coco Ladoos. As everyone knows we are a coco loving families and I had smooth Kalya unsweetened cocoa powder in hand. I decided to use that in ladoos and not to my surprise my little monster finished whole ladoo in one shot and said “YUMMMMYâ€. Mission accomplished
