Ingredients & Quantity
  • Oats(toasted and powdered)-1/2 cup
  • Eggs-2
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Whole weat flour(atta)- 1/2 cup
  • Almond flour - 1/4 cup
  • Plain flour- 1/2 cup
  • Pecans/walnuts(optional)/(crushed)- 2 tbsp
  • Salt- a pinch
  • Honey- 2tbsp
  • Sugar- 1 tsp
  • Butter- 3 tbsp(melted)
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
How to cook?
  1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. In another bowl add eggs, melted butter and milk, mix well.
  3. Fold in the dry ingredients.
  4. Add walnuts/pecans (optional)
  5. Pour batter in preheated and greased waffle iron.
  6. Cook perfectly till golden.
  7. Serve with honey or maple syrup or chocolate sauce as per liking.
