Batter Preparation:-
- In a Bowl Add - 1/3rd cup of millets(you can use any millets), one cup of oats, one teaspoon of chana dal( and half a teaspoon of Fenugreek Seeds.
- Note: Wash them twice and soak them for 2 hours
- After 2 Hours - Transfer them to the mixer jars and add water sufficient for dosa batter consistency.
- The batter is ready - Now transfer it to a bowl.
- Add Salt as per taste and mix it thoroughly
Ready to make dosas
- Switch on the stove, keep to medium flame and keep the pan
- Once the pan is heated add a few drops of oil
- Add the dosa batter and cook the dosa on both sides for 5 minutes by closing it with a lid.
- Add your favourite toppings (Curry leaves powder, chutney powder or egg)
- Your dosas are ready to serve
