Spilt, Chana Dal

Fenugreek Seeds

for blending and for the right consistency
Salt
add it in dosa batter as per your taste
Oil
for greasing the pan
Instructions
Batter Preparation:-
In a Bowl Add - 1/3rd cup of millets(you can use any millets), one cup of oats, one teaspoon of chana dal( and half a teaspoon of Fenugreek Seeds.
Note: Wash them twice and soak them for 2 hours
After 2 Hours - Transfer them to the mixer jars and add water sufficient for dosa batter consistency.
The batter is ready - Now transfer it to a bowl.
Add Salt as per taste and mix it thoroughly
Ready to make dosas
Switch on the stove, keep to medium flame and keep the pan
Once the pan is heated add a few drops of oil
Add the dosa batter and cook the dosa on both sides for 5 minutes by closing it with a lid.
Add your favourite toppings (Curry leaves powder, chutney powder or egg)
Your dosas are ready to serve
