Ingredients
 

  • 250 Pointed Gourd
  • 200 gm Potato
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp powdered Jaggery
  • 1/4 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Milk
  • Whole Red Chilli
  • Green Chillies
  • Panch Phoran
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the Parwal and aloo. Then shallow fry with turmeric powder and salt.

  • Make a paste with adding turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, jaggery powder and salt.
  • Take a pan add whole red chilli and panch phoran stir for a few seconds. Add chopped tomato and mixed masala again saute.

  • Add fried pointed gourd and potato. Stir continuously add little water and cook for a few minutes. Add coconut milk. Now it is ready to serve.
