Green peas skin Though we know green vegetables have lots of benefit. Most of the people don't know properties of vegetable skin. I never met my mother-in-law, she used to cook this recipe. My husband taught me how to remove the membrane of green peas skin. I think cooking is a great art. Select green and healthy skin which will be appreciated.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chopped green peas skin
  • ½ cup chopped potato
  • ½ tsp onion seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 whole red chilli
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt
  • Green chillies
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Select the soft clean skins of green peas. Remove the membrane of the skins. Then roughly chop the skins.
  • Heat a pan add mustard oil heat for a few seconds then put onion seeds and whole red chilli. Then add chopped skins, chopped potato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli and salt.
  • Stir and cover the lid cook until soft. After then sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve with steamed rice, chapati, paratha.
