My husband taught me how to remove the membrane of green peas skin. I think cooking is a great art. Select green and healthy skin which will be appreciated.

  • ½ cup Green Peas chopped skin
  • ½ cup Potato chopped
  • ½ tsp Onion Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 Whole Red Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Green Chillies
  • leaves Coriander fresh

  • Select the soft clean skins of green peas. Remove the membrane of the skins. Then roughly chop the skins.
  • Heat a pan add mustard oil heat for a few seconds then put onion seeds and whole red chilli. Then add chopped skins, chopped potato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli and salt.
  • Stir and cover the lid cook until soft. After then sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve with steamed rice, chapati, paratha.
