Veggies with zucchini. Zucchini is variety of summer squash in the gourd family. Most varieties bear dark green cylindrical fruit usually served as a cooked vegetable.
I cooked the recipe with adding other vegetables.

  • ½ bowl zucchini chopped
  • ½ bowl vegetables chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin seed
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp sabji masala
  • ½ tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Dry red chili
  • Salt


  • Take a pan add mustard oil dry red chilli and cumin seeds. Let the seeds splutter then add mixed veggies.
  • Add salt and mix all together and cook. After then put mixed herbs, sabji masala and crushed black pepper.

  • Cook until soft, then put off the the flame. Serve with chapati/ paratha.
