Kheer with orange and rasgulla
Now we are getting sweet oranges in market. That's why I am able to make this innovative dessert. First you make sure whether your oranges are sweet and sour. If it is sour please don't try add orange otherwise your kheer will spoil.

Ingredients
- 250 gm chena
- 1 litre milk
- ½ litre jaggery syrup
- 1 teaspoon jaggery powder
- 1 teaspoon all purpose flour
- A few drops orange extract
- 2 fresh orange

Instructions
- Mash the chena with your palm add 1 tsp flour to give a smooth texture.
- Make a thin jaggery syrup and drop the rasgulla and boil for 7 minutes. Then keep aside.
- Now boil the milk with bay leaves until semi thick. Then add raisin, rasgulla and jaggery powder.
- Put off the flame add a few drops of orange extract. After cooling spread the orange pulp. Now it will ready to serve as a dessert.
