Green peas skin
Though we know green vegetables have lots of benefit. Most of the people don't know properties of vegetable skin. I never met my mother-in-law, she used to cook this recipe. My husband taught me how to remove the membrane of green peas skin. I think cooking is a great art. Select green and healthy skin which will be appreciated.
Select the soft clean skins of green peas. Remove the membrane of the skins. Then roughly chop the skins.
Heat a pan add mustard oil heat for a few seconds then put onion seeds and whole red chilli. Then add chopped skins, chopped potato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli and salt.
Stir and cover the lid cook until soft. After then sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve with steamed rice, chapati, paratha.
