  • 1 cup Green Peas mashed
  • 1/4 cup mashed potato
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour Dough
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder roasted
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper crushed
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil for deep fry


  • Make a dough with wheat flour and keep aside. Boil and mash the green peas. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Heat little oil add hing, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder and mashed green peas. Mix together add black pepper and salt.
  • Fill into the dough and spread with rolling pin. Heat oil and deep fry. Both sides should be light brown. Kachori will be ready to serve.
