Mixed Vegetable Stew ( Naga Style)

Mixed Vegetable Stew ( Naga Style) - Plattershare - Recipes, food stories and food lovers
Mixed Vegetable Stew is a Naga style stew prepared with mixed vegetables. It is a soul satisfying and comfort food of the Nagas. As Naga foods are mainly no spice and zero oil, this mixed vegetable stew is also a zero oil dish with vegetables, bamboo shoot juive for the flavour, slices of ginger garlic and green chillies to give a little kick of spice to the dish. A very healthy and nutritious dish. Slurrp it with hot piping steam rice.
