mashed green peas

mashed potatoes

wheat flour dough
1
tbsp
roasted cumin powder
1
tbsp
roasted coriander powder
1
tbsp
crushed black pepper
1/4
teaspoon
hing
Salt
Oil for deep fry
Instructions
Make a dough with wheat flour and keep aside. Boil and mash the green peas. Boil and mash the potatoes.
Heat little oil add hing, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder and mashed green peas. Mix together add black pepper and salt.
Fill into the dough and spread with rolling pin. Heat oil and deep fry. Both sides should be light brown. Kachori will be ready to serve.
