Tali hui Matar or Fried peas is perfect evening snack especially during winter season . A quick and easiest and a tasty recipe to gorge on.
2 cups Green peas
1/2 Tspn cumin seeds
2 Tspn oil
3/4 tspn Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
Amchur ( dry mango ) powder as per your taste
Take oil in a pan . Add cumin seeds . When cumin seeds crackle add peas and fry forfew minutes.
Lower the flame and cook till peas is completely cooked and is soft.
Add salt , red chilli powder and amchur powder. Stir for couple of minutes. And serve hot with tea
Make sure you dont use more oil.
