Rabri or rabadi is a North Indian delicacy. It is served as a dessert. Here i gave my rabdi recipe a twist by adding some makhana (fox nuts) that gave a nice flavor and creamy taste.

Ingredients
  

  • milk 1 cup boiled
  • milk powder 2 cup
  • makhana 15 to 20
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • rose petal 1 tbsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • sliced almonds 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • heat the 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the milk powder on sim . now add 1 tbsp ghee and roast the makhana till golden and mash with your soft and beautiful palms .
  • now add cardamom powder,makhana ,almonds and rose petal ,coon on sim . after thickened the rabdi add sugar and cook 5 minute more , serve chilled .
