- Green Peas - 1 cup
- Coriander Leaves Ginger - 1/2 inch pcs
- Garlic cloves - 2
- Red chilly/ Green Chily - 1 pcs
- Whole wheat Flour Atta - 2 cups
- Salt
- cumin seed Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp each
- Dry Mango Powder Amchur - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Desi Ghee

Instructions
- Grind peas, corinader leaves, ginger, cloves, chilly in a grinder jar and grind to form a paste. Knead a firm dough with peas paste and all the spices and flour. Rest the dough for 15 min.
- Roll out parathas with desi ghee and serve hot with curd and pickle.
