Learn how to make Matar ka paratha. I have shared the easiest way to prepare Green Peas Paratha recipe. It is easier than preparing stuffed green peas paratha. Matar ke paranthe is a very healthy breakfast recipe which can even be packed for kids tiffin.

  • Green Peas - 1 cup
  • Coriander Leaves Ginger - 1/2 inch pcs
  • Garlic cloves - 2
  • Red chilly/ Green Chily - 1 pcs
  • Whole wheat Flour Atta - 2 cups
  • Salt
  • cumin seed Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp each
  • Dry Mango Powder Amchur - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Desi Ghee


  • Grind peas, corinader leaves, ginger, cloves, chilly in a grinder jar and grind to form a paste. Knead a firm dough with peas paste and all the spices and flour. Rest the dough for 15 min.
  • Roll out parathas with desi ghee and serve hot with curd and pickle.
