These potatoes have absolutely everything you would want in a side dish. Crispy Garlic Potatoes are a super simple side dish perfect with anything! Buttery, garlicky, fluffy inside and and crispy edges.

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes cut into long slices
- 10 garlic pods finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mix herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- Salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Some fresh chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
- In mixing bowl mix all ingredients well. (olive oil ,garlic, mix herbs, garlic powder, salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder)
- Add potato slices in it marinate for 30minutes. Keep aside.
- Heat non-stick pan, add marinated potato slices n cook from all the sides until potatoes cooked well. Transfer it to a plate n garnish with coriander leaves.
