Garlic Potatoes – Lehsooni Aloo

These potatoes have absolutely everything you would want in a side dish. Crispy Garlic Potatoes are a super simple side dish perfect with anything! Buttery, garlicky, fluffy inside and and crispy edges.

  • 2 large potatoes cut into long slices
  • 10 garlic pods finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mix herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Salt
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • Some fresh chopped coriander leaves


  • In mixing bowl mix all ingredients well. (olive oil ,garlic, mix herbs, garlic powder, salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder)
  • Add potato slices in it marinate for 30minutes. Keep aside.
  • Heat non-stick pan, add marinated potato slices n cook from all the sides until potatoes cooked well. Transfer it to a plate n garnish with coriander leaves.
