About this Recipe

Flax Seed Parantha or Alsi paratha is a easy way to include flax seeds in daily diet. These healthy, nutritious, mix veg paratha is a perfect breakfast recipe.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Gram Flour - 1 cup
  • Whole Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Roasted Flax seeds - 1/4 cup
  • Chopped beans/ carrot/ corns/ green chilli/ curry leaves - 1 cup total
  • Salt, Red chilli powder - As per taste
How to cook?
  1. Grind flax seeds to form a powder. In same mixer jar, coarsely grind all vegetable or used chopped vegetables. Prepare a dough of all the ingredients.
  2. Make parathas or roti by applying minimal oil or ghee.Serve healthy paratha with curd.
