Flax Seed Parantha or Alsi paratha is a easy way to include flax seeds in daily diet. These healthy, nutritious, mix veg paratha is a perfect breakfast recipe.

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds roasted
  • 1/4 cup beans chopped
  • 1/4 carrot chopped
  • 1/4 corns chopped
  • few curry leaves chopped
  • 2 green chili chopped
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder As per taste


  • Grind flax seeds to form a powder.
  • In same mixer jar, coarsely grind all vegetable or used chopped vegetables.
  • Prepare a dough of all the ingredients.
  • Make parathas or roti by applying minimal oil or ghee. Serve healthy paratha with curd.
