Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup flax seeds roasted
- 1/4 cup beans chopped
- 1/4 carrot chopped
- 1/4 corns chopped
- few curry leaves chopped
- 2 green chili chopped
- Salt
- Red chili powder As per taste

Instructions
- Grind flax seeds to form a powder.
- In same mixer jar, coarsely grind all vegetable or used chopped vegetables.
- Prepare a dough of all the ingredients.
- Make parathas or roti by applying minimal oil or ghee. Serve healthy paratha with curd.
