Flaxseeds are the oldest Superfoods of the world. This functional food has lots of health benefits like help in improve digestion, giving a clear skin and lowers bad cholesterol. Ingredients
- Fresh orange juice 1/3 cup
- White sugar 1 tsp.
- Dry mustard powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Black salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- Roasted flax seeds 1 tbsp.
- Iceberg lettuce leaves 50 grm
- Mandarin orange segments 2 Whole
- Melon 1/2 cup cut in to cube
- Green Apple 1 cut in to cube
- Pomegranate 10 grm

Instructions
- Place fresh orange juice, sugar, mustard powder, and salt into the bowl of a blender.
- Cover, and puree on high until smooth. Reduce blender speed to medium-low; slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil and blend until incorporated and the dressing is creamy.
- Take a pan and put on high flame and roasted the flax seeds and set aside for cool.
- To serve, toss the iceberg lettuce leaves in a large bowl with the Mandarin oranges, and other cut fruits and mix with dressing nicely. Place onto salad plates and sprinkle with toasted flax seeds.
