  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice fresh
  • 1 tsp White Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder dry
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds roasted
  • 50 leaves Lettuce iceberg grm
  • 2 Orange mandarin segments whole
  • 1/2 cup Melon cut in
  • 1 cube Apple green cut in
  • 10 Pomegranate grm


  • Place fresh orange juice, sugar, mustard powder, and salt into the bowl of a blender.
  • Cover, and puree on high until smooth. Reduce blender speed to medium-low; slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil and blend until incorporated and the dressing is creamy.
  • Take a pan and put on high flame and roasted the flax seeds and set aside for cool.
  • To serve, toss the iceberg lettuce leaves in a large bowl with the Mandarin oranges, and other cut fruits and mix with dressing nicely. Place onto salad plates and sprinkle with toasted flax seeds.
