We can serve potatoes in any form. It is starchy and tubers, originated from America. It is social vegetable can make friendship with anybody. Here I added orange juice and coriander sauce. Coriander sauce made by green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder and olive oil.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 big sizes potatoes par boiled
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice squeezed plain orange
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Coriander sauce for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes in thick slices. Take a frying pan heat add olive oil and garlic paste. When it become light brown add par boiled potato slices.
  • Stir fry with black pepper crushed and salt then add orange juice and sesame. Serve with fresh orange and coriander sauce.

Notes

If we remove the garlic paste we can serve in fast. It is a full meal.
