- Flax seeds - 2 tbsp
- Oats - 2 tbsp
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- gm flour - 2 tbsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped cabbage - 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- Water - as required
- Salt - to taste

- Dry roast the flax seeds and oats seperately Once cooled blend to make a powder. Make a smooth batter with the listed ingredients. Heat oil in a non stick pan and spread the batter.
- Lower the heat put some oil over pan cake . Flip it when done on one side. Serve hot.
