Learn how to make dry ginger powder at home. Homemade ginger powder is much more flavourful and aromatic as compared to readymade one.

  • 250 gm Ginger

  • Peel ginger and roughly cut into pcs. Chop ginger in chopper or cut into fine small pcs.
  • Spread chopped ginger on flat plate and keep it in direct sunlight till the ginger dry up completely and are crispy enough.
  • Once dried completely, grind in mixer grinder jar to form fine powder. Freshly prepared ginger powder is ready to be used in gravies, sweet, desserts.
