Healthy Eggless Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp Oil or Butter
  • ½ cup jaggery powder
  • ½ cup Curd or Use 2 eggs or 2 medium sized banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Ragi flour Finger Millet
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 70 gm dark chocolate chips
  • Chopped walnuts or Cashew nuts for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add oil, jaggery powder. Wisk it well till light. Add in curd, vanilla essence.
  • Sieve all the dry ingredients in it. Add ragi flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix it well. Add in chopped Chocolate and fold well. (one can use choco chips or melted chocolate also.)
  • Grease a 9”x9” inch or 7”x7” baking dish and line with parchment paper. Transfer the batter and level it gently with back of spoon. Add chocolate chunks on the top along with chopped nuts.

Baking options:

  • a) Oven - 170 degrees for 30-35 min
    b) Air fryer - 160 degrees for 20-25 min
    c) Convection Microwave – 180 degrees for 25-30 min
    d) Pressure cooker - lowest flame for 30-35 min
  • Cool down completely. Cut the brownie and indulge in it with vanilla icecream!
