How To Cook Black Rice
About How To Cook Black Rice
Black Rice or forbidden rice is one of the superfoods which is grown in Manipur, one of the states of India. With lots of health benefits and high nutritional values, this rice has made a comeback and health-conscious food lovers are experimenting with it. But few people are hesitant to buy it as it's expensive and they do not know about its cooking time, its aroma and texture. So here is my 2 cents - Cooking time is exactly what it takes to cook normal white rice. It is nutty and crunchy with each grain separated from the other grain.
Here is the tried and tested, recipe with exact measurement and timing so that you can never go wrong while cooking the black rice.
