Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cooked and thoroughly rinsed black beans
- 1/2 cup quick oats powdered
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate 60g
- 1/4 cup coconut or vegetable oil 40g
- 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius.
- Melt 1/3 cup dark chocolate with coconut/vegetable oil in a microwave.
- Combine all ingredients except chopped chocolates and walnuts in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. (Really blend well).
- Stir in the chopped chocolate and walnuts, then pour into a greased 8×8 pan.
- Bake the black bean brownies 20-22 minutes, then let cool completely before trying to cut. (To get clean cuts use a warm knife.)
