Finally the deep, dark, rich, chocolate brownie is the healthy brownie. Theyâ€™re so delicious!
Yield / Serves
1 1/2 cups cooked and thoroughly rinsed black beans
1/2 cup quick oats, powdered
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate (60g)
1/4 cup coconut or vegetable oil (40g)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius.
Melt 1/3 cup dark chocolate with coconut/vegetable oil in a microwave.
Combine all ingredients except chopped chocolates and walnuts in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. (Really blend well).
Stir in the chopped chocolate and walnuts, then pour into a greased 8Ã—8 pan.
Bake the black bean brownies 20-22 minutes, then let cool completely before trying to cut. (To get clean cuts use a warm knife.)
