Drumsticks flowers with vegetables
Drum stick flowers have medicinal properties. It controls blood pressure and blood sugar. It grows in spring season. This is the period when people fall sick. Whole drum stick flowers, leaves and seeds are medicinal. We should consume it because of its medicinal properties.
I made the flowers with vegetables to make the recipe more healthy.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl drumstick flowers
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp panch phoran
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp homemade garam masala
- ¼ cup finely chopped carrot
- ¼ cup chopped cabbage
- ¼ cup green peas
- Oil for cooking
- Crushed dry curry leaves
- Chopped green chillies
- Whole red chilli
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash the drumsticks flowers and strain the water.
- Heat a pan add oil, panch phoran, whole red chilli, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder and ginger paste and continuously keep on stirring.
- Add finely chopped carrot, drumstick flowers, green peas, chopped cabbage and salt to taste. Mix all together and close the lid cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
- After then open the lid and stir again sprinkle crushed dry curry leaves, homemade garam masala. Finally add chopped hot less red chilli. Ready to serve with any meal lunch or dinner.
