Ingredients
- 1 bowl Drumstick (flowers)
- bowl Zucchini (chopped)
- bowl Cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Panch Phoran
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder (Mirch)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Green Chilli (chopped)
- leaves Coriander (Dhania, chopped)
- 1.5 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash the drumstick flowers, chop zucchini and cauliflower.
- Take a pan add mustard oil, panch phoran and red chilli. Saute for a few seconds, then add chopped zucchini and cauliflower
- Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, green chillies, salt and flowers. Stir for a minute and close the lid to make soft.
- Then add chopped tomato, garam masala and again cook. Finally add mustard sauce put off the flame. Mix evenly and sprinkle with coriander.
