Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Yogurt or thick Curd
  • 1/2 cup Mango Puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 10 gm china grass Agar Agar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Soak the china grass in little water for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the milk and when it boils, add the soaked china grass and mix until dissolved.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Take yogurt in a bowl.
  • Add the honey to this and whisk well.
  • Once the milk mixture has cooled down, add it to the yogurt and mix.
  • Now divide this mixture into two halves.
  • To one part add the vanilla essence and mix well.
  • To the second half, add the mango puree and mix well.
  • Refrigerate both the mixtures for 20-30 minutes.
  • Then take them out and scoop them into moulds, one on top of the other.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • Serve chilled!!
