Mango Yogurt Frozen Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt or thick Curd
- 1/2 cup Mango Puree
- 1/2 cup milk
- 10 gm china grass Agar Agar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Soak the china grass in little water for 10 minutes.
- Heat the milk and when it boils, add the soaked china grass and mix until dissolved.
- Allow to cool.
- Take yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the honey to this and whisk well.
- Once the milk mixture has cooled down, add it to the yogurt and mix.
- Now divide this mixture into two halves.
- To one part add the vanilla essence and mix well.
- To the second half, add the mango puree and mix well.
- Refrigerate both the mixtures for 20-30 minutes.
- Then take them out and scoop them into moulds, one on top of the other.
- Freeze overnight.
- Serve chilled!!
