Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter, Nutella And Marshmallow Fudge

It is a soft, chewy and delicious fudge which is blended with the flavours of chocolate, peanut butter, nutella and marshmallow. Very easy to make.

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate chips : 1 cup
- Peanut butter creamy : 4 tbsp
- Nutella chocolate spread : 3 tbsp
- Marshmallow : 1 cup mini
- Unsalted butter : 1/2 tbsp
- Icing sugar : 1 tbsp
- Muesli : 1 tbsp

Instructions
- In a micro safe bowl take chocolate chips, peanut butter, nutella and butter.
- Pop it in microwave for 1 min.
- Take it out of the microwave and add marshmallows and mix.
- Again pop it in micro for 20 sec.
- Take it out and mix.
- Now take another bowl.
- Sprinkle icing sugar at the bottom and then spread chocolate fudge mixture.
- Sprinkle muesli over it. Do not mix.
- Cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for 3-4 hrs. Take it out of the fridge and slice it.
- Fudge is ready to serve.
Notes
- instead of icing sugar ….powder sugar can be used.
- instead of muesli ….crushed cornflakes and chopped nuts of your choice can be used.
