About Crumbled Ice Apple / Nungu Crumble
Previously, I shared a recipe featuring Nungu/Ice Apple—Nungu Payasam/Ice Apple Kheer, and now here’s my second recipe with this amazing fruit. As I mentioned in my earlier post, Nungu is one of the most effective natural coolants and is available only during the summer. This seasonal fruit, paired with a delicious recipe, is a great way to get kids to enjoy and consume Ice Apple.I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my friend Subadhra for sharing this wonderful and yummy recipe. My kids absolutely loved it, and as a mom, I feel so happy that I managed to get them to enjoy Nungu/Ice Apple. This dish also works perfectly as a dessert for lunch and is the ultimate coolant to beat the summer heat. Give it a try and let your family relish this seasonal delight!
