  • 8 oz Pasta Fettuccine pasta sticks, 1 cup after boiling
  • 1 cup Cream full fat
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Oil for cooking
  • Salt
  • 2 cup Water for boiling

How to boil Fettuccine pasta

  • Boil 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt and when it starts boiling, add the Fettuccine pasta sticks and follow the boiling instructions as given the package for the timings. Cook pasta Al Dante.

How to make Simple and cheesy Alfredo sauce

  • In a pan, add 2 tsp of butter and let it melt. Add finely chopped garlic, sauté it for 2 minutes.

  • Add Full fat cream and stir it continoulsy

  • Add parmesan cheese and cook it about 2 minutes.

  • When sauce starts to thicken, add salt as per taste and black pepper powder. Mix well. Cheesy and classic Alfredo sauce is ready.
