
Hotless stuffed red chilli
Chilli means we always think it might be hot. But here I made the recipe with my home grown chilli. These are looking gorgeous but hotless. Anyone can enjoy the recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 red chilli
- 1 medium sized potato
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp dried mango powder
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp mustard sauce
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Mashed the boiled potato mix with five spices masala, mango powder and salt.
- Slit the chillies vertically then fill with potato. Sprinkle with rice flour and it will soak within a minute.
- Shallow fry the stuffed chillies then serve with mustard sauce.
