Ingredients
 

  • 4 Red Chillies
  • 1 Potato medium sized
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Dry Mango Powder dried
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Sauce
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Mashed the boiled potato mix with five spices masala, mango powder and salt.

  • Slit the chillies vertically then fill with potato. Sprinkle with rice flour and it will soak within a minute.

  • Shallow fry the stuffed chillies then serve with mustard sauce.
