Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup soaked samo rice moriyo
  • 1 cup milk I used full fat milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or little more as per sweetness you want
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • For fruits layer
  • 1 Ripe Alphonso chopped in small pieces
  • 5-7 black grapes chopped
  • 5-6 strawberries cut in slices
  • 1 tbsp roasted black sesame seeds
  • 5-6 soaked blanch, chopped roasted almonds
  • 1 tsp roasted melon seeds

Instructions
 

  • First wash soaked samo rice. After 15 minutes strain all water. In a pan add milk add samo rice cook it. Add cardamom powder and cook it till samo rice become soft. If mixture seems dry add little milk mote.Switch off the flame. Add honey mix well.
  • Adjust sweetness. Let it cool. Collect all fruits and chopped it. In Donut mould place foil paper. Add fruits sesame seeds, melon seed, roasted almonds se shown in picture.

  • Add samo rice layer over fruits layer with help of milk or water. Set it. Keep it in fridge for chilling at least 30 minutes. Keep it out after 30 minutes.
  • Demould the fruits shushi Donut..Serve chilled. Happy fasting..
