Instructions
- Wash palak and cut it finely.
- Soak Chana dal for 3-2hour and grind coarsely Roast cracked wheat(daliya) and soak for 1/2an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.add mustered seeds curry pattaand red chilli. When cracked add palak and sauté for 2minutes. Add Chana dal cracked wheat curd and salt.add one tablespoon oil .mix well and make like Idli batter.
- Grease the idli trays wth oil. Fill with batter and steam in Idli cooker till done
- do not take idli immedietly leave it for five minutesand then take out.. Eat with chutney
- Fried spinach heat oil in a pan add zeera and salt .j now add dry chopped palak it will fry and become crunchy. it is nice to use this palakwith idlies.........
