Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar optional
- 1/2 tsp Elaichi Powder
- a Pista unsalted slivers
- 4 slice Brown Bread
- 1/2 cup Sugar or water boiled and dissolved in water

Instructions
- Boil the milk on slow flame till half. Keep on stirring it. Add Condensed Milk, sugar, elaichi powder. Reduce it to thick paste consistency. Add the pistas keeping a few for garnishing. Cook for 5 minutes more Keep to cool.
- Cut each slice into 2 triangles and lightly brush with oil. Toast in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Eyeball it to see if it has toasted to a golden brown. Each oven differs hence one has to judge it. OR Deep fry to golden brown.
- Add the bread slices to the sugar syrup. Let them soak for 15-20minutes. Remove from syrup. Arrange in a plate. Put Rabri on top. Garnish with pistas. Chill a bit before serving.
