This is a delicate fish. It has lots of phosphorus. Doctor advise to eat this fish. I came to my cousins house and ate the recipe. She shared the recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms boneless lottya fish
  • 100 gms rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Chopped green chilli
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Mustered oil as required for deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add boneless fish, rice flour, turmeric powder, chopped onion, garlic paste, salt, Chopped green chilli and fresh coriander. Mix together.

  • Take a deep frying pan heat oil and deep fry the fish pagoda. Serve with steam rice.
