This is a delicate fish. It has lots of phosphorus. Doctor advise to eat this fish. I came to my cousins house and ate the recipe. She shared the recipe.

Ingredients
- 500 gms boneless lottya fish
- 100 gms rice flour
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- Chopped green chilli
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt
- Mustered oil as required for deep fry

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add boneless fish, rice flour, turmeric powder, chopped onion, garlic paste, salt, Chopped green chilli and fresh coriander. Mix together.
- Take a deep frying pan heat oil and deep fry the fish pagoda. Serve with steam rice.
Notes
Crispy and full of phosphorus.
