Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mutton (kheema)
- 1 cup Peas (cow)
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Onion
- 3 Tomatos 3 (tomatos)
- 11/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- a leaves Curry
- 1 leaves Coriander
- tsp Fennel (seeds1/2)
- 1/4 tsp Seeds (cummin)

Instructions
- Soak cow peas over night and boil with salt and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onion and saute well. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappear. Add tomatoes snd other spice powders and give a stir fry.
- Add kheema and mix well. Add water and salt to taste. Pressure cook for 15 minutes and keep it aside. Heat oil in a wok and add fennel seed, cummin seeds and curry leaves to it. To this add cooked kheema and separately boiled cow peas.
- Let the gravy thickens. Add chopped coriander leaves to it and serve it hot with any rotis, plain rice or flavoured rice.
