  • 2 Potatoes boiled
  • 2 slice Brown Bread
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4-5 leaves Curry
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds


  • Grate the potatoes. Add salt, red chilli, haldi Take one tablespoon oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, curry leaves,mustard seeds. Let it turn light brown.
  • Add this tadka to the potato mix. Take Two tablespoon mixture and put between two bread slices. Toast on tawa till golden brown.
