However, I have tried its healthier version, omitting the frying step and using the stuffing to make toasters.

Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes boiled
- 2 slice Brown Bread
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 4-5 leaves Curry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

Instructions
- Grate the potatoes. Add salt, red chilli, haldi Take one tablespoon oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, curry leaves,mustard seeds. Let it turn light brown.
- Add this tadka to the potato mix. Take Two tablespoon mixture and put between two bread slices. Toast on tawa till golden brown.
