Pichkari Paneer Kulfi Wada

On the festival of holi made kulfi with paneer and Sprinkle rose syrup to give pichkari color effect.for taste fill it with gulkund(rose jam)

  • 4 cup full cream milk
  • 1 cup grated well blended paneer
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed saffron strings
  • 6 tbsp Sugar as per taste
  • 2 green cardamoms seeds crushed,
  • 2 teaspoon silvered almonds finely sliced
  • pistachios finely sliced,
  • To garnish -silvered almonds finely sliced
  • gulkund
  • pistachios
  • rose syrup as required
  • glazed cherries as required


  • Boil the milk over medium heat until reduced to half. Add the saffron while it is boiling. Add sugar and boil for another 5minutes.

  • Remove from heat. Add cardamom and nuts. Cool to room temperature.fold in blended paneer well. Fill the kulfi mixture into ring shaped kulfi moulds. Cover and Freeze until set.
  • To serve- Garnish paneer kulfi with silvered almonds, pistachios, gulkund, and cherries. Sprinkle rose syrup to give pichkari color effect. Kulfiwada is ready to serve.
