On the festival of holi made kulfi with paneer and Sprinkle rose syrup to give pichkari color effect.for taste fill it with gulkund(rose jam)

Ingredients
- 4 cup full cream milk
- 1 cup grated well blended paneer
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed saffron strings
- 6 tbsp Sugar as per taste
- 2 green cardamoms seeds crushed,
- 2 teaspoon silvered almonds finely sliced
- pistachios finely sliced,
- To garnish -silvered almonds finely sliced
- gulkund
- pistachios
- rose syrup as required
- glazed cherries as required

Instructions
- Boil the milk over medium heat until reduced to half. Add the saffron while it is boiling. Add sugar and boil for another 5minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add cardamom and nuts. Cool to room temperature.fold in blended paneer well. Fill the kulfi mixture into ring shaped kulfi moulds. Cover and Freeze until set.
- To serve- Garnish paneer kulfi with silvered almonds, pistachios, gulkund, and cherries. Sprinkle rose syrup to give pichkari color effect. Kulfiwada is ready to serve.
