Nachos
About Nachos
Well... when I am doing a makeover to the leftover let me just come up with an interesting snack recipe again with our humble chapati. This can be made in advance and stored in air tight jars. This can be an absolute delight when you have those small hunger pangs when you look for some crunchy snacks... and a sure shot hit in my case with my kids. Though Nachoz are a Mexican delight but I fusionised it to my own requirements.Well they say na.. Necessaty is the mother of all inventions.Though the recipe I came across was from a dear friend of mine who used deep fried method and I.. improvised it further by baking and flavouring in a different style. This recipe too has a room for creativity and imagination....so keep exploring many more options like I do.
