However, I have tried its healthier version, omitting the frying step and using the stuffing to make toasters.
Grate the potatoes.
Add salt, red chilli, haldi
Take one tablespoon oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic, curry leaves,mustard seeds. Let it turn light brown.
Add this tadka to the potato mix.
Take Two tablespoon mixture and put between two bread slices.
Toast on tawa till golden brown.
