Ingredients
- 1 cup chena
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 1 tsp beetroot juice
- 1 tbsp barley powder
- Few drops rose water

Instructions
- Make a dough with chena and milk powder and keep separate.
- Make a creamy texture with milk, barley powder and beetroot juice. Drops of rose water then set in a bowl and keep in fridge.
- Milk powder has sweetness so, no need to add any sweet. Even then anyone need more sweetness they can add.
- Give a shape with chena dough press with thumb. Then cut creamy texture and put on the chena dough. Your Beetroot dessert is ready to serve.
