Healthy dessert with beetroot which is loaded with vitamin and mineral. Beetroot is low in calories and fat. It is good for kids and attractive for party recipe.
1 cup chena
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tsp beetroot juice
1 tbsp barley powder
Few drops rose water
Make a dough with chena and milk powder and keep separate.
Make a creamy texture with milk, barley powder and beetroot juice. Drops of rose water then set in a bowl and keep in fridge.
Milk powder has sweetness so, no need to add any sweet. Even then anyone need more sweetness they can add.
Give a shape with chena dough press with thumb. Then cut creamy texture and put on the chena dough. Your Beetroot dessert is ready to serve.
