Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Urad Dal
  • 1/2 kg Curd
  • 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Astofida Powder 1/2 Tsp astofida powder
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped nos
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • leaves Garnishing or mint mint for
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak dal for 4 to 6 hour,remove the skin and make a smooth paste in blender .
  • Now whip the dal till it become light .
  • Add salt,astofida,fennel powder .
  • Heat the oil fry the vadas golden brown.
  • Whip the curd add salt,red chili powder,astofida,black salt,green chili,ginger,sugar,cumin powder.
  • Soak the vadas in curd .
  • Garnish with mint and coriander leaves ,,,,
