Ingredients
- 1 pack Maggi
- 1/4 cup Chicken (minced)
- 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 Eggs
- 4 piece Lettuce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt (for seasoning)

Instructions
- Cook Maggi as per instruction without the flavor. Drain the water and let it cool.Beat one egg and mix cooked maggi with the flavour pack.
- Divide it into two portion and shape each portion like burger bun. In a separate plastic wrap, wrapped it up and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a bowl add chicken mince salt and pepper and mix nicely. With help of your hand shape chicken mixture into burger patty.
- Heat oil in a frying pan fry patty in low flame until nicely cooked. Take out and keep aside.
- Slowly remove plastic foil and fry two maggi bun slowly. When one side is cooked flip it up carefully, not to break the bun shape.
- For arranging burger first place one maggi bun, over maggi bun place lettuce leaves, cheddar cheese. Place chicken patty on it. Then add tomato ketchup and place another maggi bun.
- Press lightly the maggi burger to set. Put some extra cheddar cheese on top. Maggi Chicken burger is ready to serve.
