Pineapple Beetroot Dessert

Natural colourful fruits and vegetables are good for our health. Those who are anaemic they should eat beetroot in different ways. Pineapple is a great source of Vitamin C. Regular consumption of pineapple helps to fight against arthritis and indigestion. I made the dessert with pineapple and beetroot which is a good combination.

- Peel off the pineapple skin and cut into ring shape
- Take out the inside rod which is hard.
- Heat a frying pan put ghee then semolina. Stir semolina light brown.
- Then add Mawa, sugar, green cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Mix well with stir fry then add beetroot juice.
- After finishing up add cream and keep aside
- Now in the same pan add butter 1/4 tsp sugar. Then saute the pineapple ring both sides.
- Take a serving plate make a bed of beetroot dessert. Place the sauteed pineapple ring also fill the centre of the pineapple ring.
- Garnish with a beetroot slice and serve the dessert.
Notes
It can be served immediate or keep in fridge.
