This is a delicious side dish made with beans to be served with rà sam or Sambhar and rice.

Ingredients
- Beans chopped - 1 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/4 th cup
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 2
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Salt
- Refined oil

Instructions
- Heat a pan with oil. Add the dry red chillies followed by the mustard seeds.
- Once they splutter, add the chopped beans along with turmeric powder.
- Saute and cook till the beans are almost done.
- Then add salt and the sugar. Give it a good Stir.
- Finally add the grated coconut. Cook for few seconds more and then serve.
