Potato Beans Stir fry is a basic recipe which a beginner can cook. It is simple and easy recipe with just limited ingredients. It can be had as a side dish in lunch or dinner or with pooris, chapatis, dosas etc in breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 Potato (large, chopped small cubes)
- 1 cup Beans (chopped )
- 1 Onion (large, chopped )
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen king masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add chopped onion and sauté till onion turns soft.
- Add chopped tomatoes and sauté till tomatoes turns mushy.
- Add Masala powders and sauté for a min.
- Add chopped potatoes, season with salt and fry for about 5 mins.
- Add chopped Beans, stir well and fry for about 10 mins and take off the heat.
