Ingredients
 

  • 2 Potato large, chopped small cubes
  • 1 cup Beans chopped
  • 1 Onion large, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen king masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1-2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  • Add chopped onion and sauté till onion turns soft.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and sauté till tomatoes turns mushy.
  • Add Masala powders and sauté for a min.
  • Add chopped potatoes, season with salt and fry for about 5 mins.
  • Add chopped Beans, stir well and fry for about 10 mins and take off the heat.
