Goose berry is healthy and digestive. It has lots of vitamin C and contains minerals like phosphorus, iron, calcium, carotene and vitamin B complex. It is also a antioxidant agent. This fruit is sour in taste which provides amazing health benefits, maintains our skin and hair. Our kids don't understand the benefits and they don't like to eat the fruits. I think this is the best to feed them in different ways.
