heat a non stick pan add grated amla and sugar , cook till sugar dissolves and juice of amla start evaporating
turn off heat when mixture start leaving the edges of pan
add extra virgin olive oil to enhance flavour and nutritive value of dish + it gives a good shine to recipe
sprinkle melon seeds and let it cool down and store in glass jars , can be served as meal accompaniment , toast spread or even a dessert or mouth freshner as well
