Spring garlic paratha. We should always use seasonal vegetables. Now this is the season we are getting fresh spring garlic. We can make so many recipes. I made chutney and paratha.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup wheat flour
  • ¼ cup millet flour
  • ½ cup spring garlic chopped
  • ¼ cup dil leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder roasted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp potatoes mashed
  • ¼ cup green peas boiled
  • 1 tablespoon Oil or as required
  • 1-2 tsp Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Make a dough with wheat flour and millet flour then keep separate.

  • Mash the boiled potato and boiled green peas.

  • Take a pan heat oil add chopped garlic and green chillies. Stir fry for a few seconds. Add spring garlic, dil leaves, roasted cumin powder and salt.

  • Now divide the dough and spread. Fill with cooked veggies again spread.

  • Bake on griddle with little oil then serve.
